Cafe quality convenience
anytime, anywhere.

First Press

First Press Coffee was founded in Melbourne in 2013 with a simple idea: to rewrite the daily coffee routine. Since discovering cold brew in the US and exploring Melbourne’s best cold drip cafés, we’ve been driven by the smoothness, clarity and depth of flavour that cold drip brings out in great coffee, without bitterness or excess.

From the beginning, we questioned why convenient iced coffee relied so heavily on sugar, dairy and poor-quality beans. So we started hand-bottling cold drip coffee and bringing it directly to farmers markets and health food stores, proving that a better coffee experience was possible.

Today, every batch of First Press is brewed in Melbourne using custom-built cold drip machines designed in-house. We source specialty grade coffee that can be traced back to the farm, including organic beans from Honduras and Ethiopia and Rainforest Alliance certified coffee from Brazil, all grown using sustainable practices that respect both land and community.

Because great coffee doesn’t just fuel the day. It creates moments of clarity, energy and connection.
